I'd like to be able to have a dashboard where i could see all my workflows and the high level metrics of it, like conversions and grouped by personas. In that way, i would be able to see in a glande which are bad performers and which are the best. It would be also great to have more goals to the same workflow. Like conversion and sales.
It takes forever to build a report for the various workflows. I liked in the old lead nurturing tool how you could see a report for all campaigns. It would be great if it was laid out like the new email tool.
We are currently making some changes to the Workflows dashboard that I would love to get your thoughts on. You already have the option to filter by Persona.

I would like to easily see which pre-requisite/condition made a contact enter a specific workflow, when several possible conditions exist (especially for the lifecycle stage setting workflow. It would be a property like "Became a lead due to condition" and then we could select one of the conditions we have added to that workflow

I would like to see a column in the workflow dashboard for goal conversion rates so I can easily see which workflows are converting and which are not.

We are working on lead generating campaigns with several partner organizations around the US. Once we get leads they are put through a workflow. The workflow is the exact same for each organization but we have to clone the workflow and emails over and over again because the management would like to see stats on the emails for each campaign and how each group responded. It would be great to have a way to see stats for specific lists that went through a workflow instead of just the workflow overall.

The current workflow reporting makes it incredibly hard to report on a monthly or quarterly basis. It's all aggregate data and the reporting process is as manual as it gets. I've built a mammoth "change-over-time" excel sheet to capture this, but it's not perfect and takes a lot of time and effort.

specifically, we need a robust workflow reporting tool that:
- reports the performance of each workflow and every metric (with downloadable CSV data)
- reports the performance of each content piece within each workflow (with downloadable CSV data).
This would allow to OPTIMIZE workflows, not just create them. Without optimization, the workflow tool is only half useful!!
yeah, the process for measuring performance is extremely manual. Workflows are great for building a marketing automation task, but measuring performance is too slow to be effective.
