Choose what happens to lead when new email is used on a tracked form
If a lead converts on a new form and we have a tracking cookie installed on their computer it automatically overwrites the contacts information, this can be troubling.
SOLUTION: A master setting would be awesome to choose what should happen within contact settings.
1. Overwrite/update leads contact record
2. If email is different create new contact
3. Disable Cookies on form submissions.

It would be great if this level of control existed at the form level rather than a global setting. For instance, we run into this issue predominantly when using a form for event registration (we want multiple contacts created) versus the download of a whitepaper (where we'd prefer that provided information update the existing information).
