Form to re-subscribe (opt in) to emails after opting out

It would be very helpful to be able to direct end users to a standard form (even one that is locked down and hosted by Hubspot) that would allow them to request an email opt-in email if they have opted out. Currently the only way to do this is by contacting customer service.

I understand the CAN-SPAM limitations, but I am sure that disclaimer language could be put into place that would allow this email to be sent.

        I bet this would receive 1000 votes if everyone understood what the issue is.

        Essentially, if a prospect opts-out....then 6-months later...decides to fill out a form to download a piece of premium content...they WILL NOT receive that content nor will they be added to any email list.

        As Jamie shared, they will have to call customer service to get added back on. And what are the chances of that? How many times have any of us opted-out of something only to get back on a year or two later? Personally, I've done it multiple times.
