This can be executed currently by editing the html of any page. We’ll work on a solution for supporting this without html knowledge in the new content platform.

Since Google+ Authorship is no longer being considered in search results, this would be very beneficial to have an easy tool for implementation.

Tinymce strips off custom attributes which are needed for rich snippets. What do you mean i can do it by editing the HTML? Do you mean view source and edit in TinyMce? or is there any other place to modify the HTML source?
