Setup form/lead notification emails to come from the lead's email address

My clients would like to be able to "reply to" customers who use the contact form. Right now the notification email comes from "no-reply" . Can there be an option for it to come from the form email address? (not the most elegant, but perhaps cc the person and show their address in the cc?)

Thanks for the idea! You should be able to do this if you use HubSpot's Workflows. Just set up a Workflow that gets triggered by the specific form submissions you have in mind. Then, use the "Send email notification" feature which is an internal tool for you to send notes to your team or other stakeholders. The email you send can be super personalized because it can use dynamic tags such as the contact's email address, phone number, last page seen, etc.

This is also massively important to us as well. We wish to use HubSpot forms to capture data, and send submissions to Zendesk. Zendesk has been receiving emails with our own form no problem and sending emails to confirm receipt automatically thanks to the from/reply to address being the sender's own. We can also reply faster.

However, with noreply @ domain .com emails as the from/reply to address, not only can we not send these automatic confirmation emails but also all emails are being blocked by Zendesk as spam. We are working to manually whitelist the email and IP addresses, but this is going to slow us down a lot now and in the future.
